Chiyoda Corporation (Chiyoda), parent company of CAEL, has long history in Qatar, and successfully undertaken many EPC (“Engineering, Procurement and Construction”) projects in Qatar since the 1970’s.  Chiyoda has recently completed and is currently executing large scale projects in Ras Laffan, Qatar including LNG plants for Qatargas, RasGas, and a Feed Gas Preparation (“FGP”) package on the Pearl GTL Complex for Qatar Shell GTL.

CAEL is a Qatar based full service Engineering Company jointly established by Chiyoda and its Qatari partner Almana Trading, with the aim of providing “Plant Life Cycle Engineering” to local clients and regional.

Service include Feasibility study, Front-End Engineering Design (FEED), and EPCm services covering both Brownfield and Greenfield Projects across the Hydrocarbonand Enerty sector.

Thanks to our clients trust, CAEL has succeeded in being awarded various Framework Agreement Contracts and of Major Capital Projects to provide our services in Qatar, since its establishment in February 2008.

CAEL is continuously expanding its capability as a totally independent Engineering Company in Qatar supported as required by Chiyoda's Global Expertise, in order to  meet our client’s expectation and to support Qatar's continuing and sustainable development.
